- Willingness to develop your skills and learn from Finland’s best Salesforce consultants
- Willingness to work in different roles and in cooperation with sales, marketing, field service and customers
- Ability to learn new IT skills, concepts and tools
- Willingness to learn and understand customers’ business and their problems
- University degree in a suitable field
- We consider prior Salesforce experience as a plus, but not mandatory

Interviews will begin as soon as suitable applicants are found. The purpose of the first meeting of our recruitment process is to get to know each other better and offer the applicant the opportunity to learn about Biit as a company. We will also go through your previous experience in this first meeting and together we will see whether you would fit into our team.
In the second interview, we will focus more closely on your skills. The goal is to get an accurate idea of your skills and goals. In addition, you will hear more about your possible future job description.
