Rocla develops, manufactures and markets electric warehouse trucks and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and information services during their lifespan. Rocla’s own product range is complemented by Caterpillar counterbalance trucks. Rocla`s AGV unit selected Salesforce.com to its main CRM system on 2003. System implementation was fast and light, and was done without external partners. Over the years, changes took place in business and with related internal resources. For Rocla it was important to ensure that CRM data is efficiently managed and the existing Salesforce CRM system is continuously developed. On January 2009 BiiT Control™ keyuser service was selected to administrate and develop Rocla`s Salesforce.com system.
For Rocla the BiiT Control support agreement covers full range system support that includes end-user support, keyuser service activities and ongoing system development. In addition to keyuser service, BiiT has delivered multiple Salesforce projects which have brought Salesforce more closer to end-users daily tasks and the changing business needs.
With Salesforce.com Rocla has gained transparency and efficiency to sales activities.
